Never received my order and terrible customer service.

I ordered my daughter’s gloves on 011/11 and my card was charged but nothing received. On 11/18 I emailed customer service regarding the status of my order but never received a direct response. On 11/19 I received an email notification that my order was on the way. On 11/27, I sent a chat message requesting to cancel my order and requested a refund. I received a delayed response saying that I needed to return the gloves (which I never received) before a refund can be processed. I sent another message informing them I did not receive my order. Today, 11/28, I receive an email asking for my review since my order was fulfilled 11 days ago. Again nothing was received and my order status still says “processing” and tracking in Guthrie, OK.
